Our Free Plan is always available at no cost. No billing or refunds apply.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Monthly Plans: Payments are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Annual Plans: If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but your service will remain active until the end of your billing term.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered outside the standard policy in cases such as:
Duplicate charges
Technical issues preventing access to the service (if unresolved by our support team)
